Self Service

Self SerrviceOne of our newest support options is Self Service. Self service support allows FoodConnex customers to connect to our support staff via our website and place support incidents as needed. Many support representatives are dedicated to self service support and are standing by. As incidents are received using self service they will be reviewed and answered appropriately. In addition to this service any incident placed via self service will be sent a resolution via email.

The benefits of this opportunity allow our customers to place self service support calls at their leisure, save time and also to store any support resolutions for future use. There may be times when a customer needs to have access to a support representative directly; this service will not change. This Self Service support option supplements our regular phone support, and doesn’t replace it entirely. Now our customers can get the answers to their questions without even having to pick up a phone. All they need to do is simply click on the “Place a Support Call” icon.

Online Help Documentation

Online HelpThe Online Help Documentation was created by the FoodConnex support team so that our customers can save the time of getting a support representative involved and quickly and efficiently fix the problem on their own. These online help documents are supplements to the one-on-one help FoodConnex’s support team provides on a daily basis. Within these documents our customers can find helpful information on navigation in FoodConnex, how to customize the look and feel of the software, initial file building help, FoodConnex release notes, and in depth How-to’s just to name a few. These documents are updated regularly and are focused on providing our customers with helpful information and tips about using FoodConnex software and services.

Furthermore, the Online Help Documentation page is integrated with our Self Service help desk. If our customers can’t find what they’re looking for and think they need additional help they can put a service request directly into the Integrated Management support team. Our customers can access the Online Help Documentation anytime day or night, simply by clicking on the FoodConnex Online Documentation icon.

Timely Updated Information

One of the most difficult tasks in running a business of any sort is communications with clients. On a weekly basis, we have direct contact with just a small percentage of FoodConnex users. With everyone busy concentrating on the transactions that dictate our business, keeping our users updated on where we are is spotty at best.

Food Connextion

Effective with the release of the first issue of Food Connextion(May 06), we publish new issues every other month. It can be emailed to our customers as an easy to read Adobe pdf, but is also available for direct mailing for users who desire a hard copy. All past and present issues are available on our website for our users.
